Our Approach
Encanto is a brand of the Canadian company Medcolcanna Organics (MCCN). We want to bring people closer to the therapeutic potential of cannabis with easily accessible Colombian flowers. Our approach is based on cutting-edge technology, sustainable practices and rigorous scientific research. We do this by leveraging Colombia's recognised expertise in agriculture. Our goal is to become a global leader and deliver high-quality cannabis flowers around the world.
Production and Variety
Our genetics programme and our cell tissue culture laboratories as well as our modern indoor facility enable us to produce high-quality GMP EU flowers. We are committed to sustainable production that uses natural resources responsibly. Our genetics and research programme helps us to constantly improve production efficiency. This allows us to offer a continually growing portfolio of exotic Colombian strains.
Colombian agriculture
Colombia's long tradition of precision and organic farming and centuries of cannabis cultivation by indigenous groups have produced strains that are perfectly adapted to the tropical climate. We utilise this heritage and combine it with modern technology. Thanks to its exceptional climate, fertile soils and deep agricultural traditions, Colombia has become a leading cannabis producer.
Social development
What sets Colombia apart from other countries is its commitment to a fair and equitable market. Producers are committed to sustainable practices, respect the environment and promote the economic and social development of local communities. Training and employment initiatives offer opportunities in the medicinal cannabis industry to people affected by conflict.
